Integral low fin tube is a particular working on the tube by direct extrusion, that increase the surface, and improve the thermical performance of the heat exchanger without changing or increase the shell size. Integral low low fin is supplied straight and/or U tubes bended as Thema R,annealed in U bend zone,and hydro-tested after bending.We also can supply fin tubes with skipped fin sections in the baffle points where there is the possibilities of vibrations in the heat exchanger.For this type of finning,depending on material worked out,our productive capacity is over 5000 meter per day.
